What do I need to register a Domestic Parnership in Oregon?
- Complete the Domestic Partnership Declaration Form
- Print the form out on 8.5″ x 11″ paper. ( One page double-sided, or two pages printed single-sided)
- Take to a notary and have notarized (Both parties must be present with valid government issued photo ID)
- Benton County Records & Elections does offer notarial services for $10 per signature.
- Bring to Benton County Clerk’s to file.
