Do you need a copy, image, or data report? We can provide regular or certified copies of real property, marriage & domestic partnership records or a data report or export for the public records we preserve.

Certified copies cannot be emailed or faxed

Associated Fees

We accept cash, check/money orders, or debit/credit cards. Please be advised there is an additional 2.49% convenience fee for all card transactions.

Information provided in response to research requests will include copies and/or information matching the search criteria you provide. We do not know if your request is accurate. Our goal is to provide what has been requested.

Who may request discharge records?

  • Veteran
  • Veteran’s Spouse
  • Legal Guardian/Personal Representative of Military Veteran*
  • County Veteran’s Service Officer*
  • Department of Veteran’s Affairs Representative*
  • Licensed Funeral Establishment Representative*

Military Veteran Discharge Records Requests

If you are a veteran and wish to record your military discharge (DD214) record with us, you may do so for free.

We can then provide qualified persons with copies and certified copies of military discharge documentation that has been recorded in our office.

  • If you have not recorded your discharge documents with our office, we will be unable to provide you with a copy. Please contact the local Veteran’s office for more information and assistance.

Visit Benton County Veterans Services

  • If you have already recorded your discharge documentation with our office and are able to come in-person, please bring your current government issued photo ID, we can assist you.
  • If you are unable to come in-person, please complete a DD214 Copy Request Form. The form must be submitted to our office signed & notarized. Please include a pre-addressed return envelope, this allows us to get the documentation to where it is needed quickly.
