Digital Research Room

Activation & Renewal of Digital Research Room Subscription

Users who regularly need copies of deeds and other recorded documents now have online access through Benton County’s Digital Research Room. For a monthly flat rate, users can explore the online repository and directly access documents they need for doing business.

One-off support is still available for copy requests, and certified copies are must still be processed by the Records team.

Subscriptions are available for any users that require access to recorded documents. Those with a subscription can log in to the Digital Research Room.

Payment terms
Subscription fees are payable by cash, check (please include phone number on your check), or money order. If you prefer to pay via credit card, please call or visit our office to pay. Note that a card processing fee of 3.49% will be added to your bill.

Agreement terms
1. Renewal notices will be sent by email.
2. Renewal fees must be received prior to the expiration date to avoid a deactivation of systems access.
3. No refunds of subscription fees will be issued.
4. It is the Benton County Clerk’s discretion to continue availability of this program in the future.
5. No subscription will be active until payment is received.
