NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF BALLOT TITLE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a ballot title for a measure referred by Adair Rural Fire Protection District was filed with the Benton County Clerk on July 15, 2026. The ballot measure will appear on the November 3, 2026 General Election ballot.
Any registered voter dissatisfied with the Ballot Title may file a petition for review with the Benton County Circuit Court on or before July 24, 2026, seventh business day after the ballot title is filed. Any person filing a petition must also notify the Director of Elections, 4500 SW Research Way, Corvallis OR 97333, in writing that the petition has been filed, and that notice must be given by 5:00 p.m. on the next business day after the petition has been filed with the Circuit Court.

Drop your signed return envelope in an Official Oregon Ballot Drop Box by 8:00 PM PST Election Day, November 3, 2026.
2. Mail it
If you mail your ballot, it must be postmarked by Election Day, November 3, 2026, and received no later than the seventh day after. Due to delays at USPS, the Secretary of State recommends that you mail your ballot 7 days before Election Day, use an official ballot drop box or go directly to a post office and ask for a postmark stamped on your ballot.
