File to be in Benton County Voters’ Pamphlet

County Voters’ Pamphlets are published for most elections, with some exceptions. Candidate statements and measure arguments are fee based, optional filings. Not every candidate or measure argument chooses to be represented in the Voters’ Pamphlet.

Candidate’s Statement

Candidates can submit a statement to provide voters with information about themselves.

Candidates’ Statement for Voters’ Pamphlet

Create a statement supporting your campaign to appear in the Voters’ Pamphlet. Statements are allowed a maximum word count of 325 words. Elections staff do not edit submitted content in any way.

Statement of Endorsement for a Candidate

Support a candidate with an official endorsement. To be considered an official endorsement, form BC400 must be submitted along with the initial candidate’s statement. Any endorsements listed in a submitted statement without form BC400 will be removed.

Measure Arguments

Submit an argument either in favor of or in opposition to a proposed local measure in Benton County.

Measure Argument for Voters’ Pamphlet

Make a statement to argue in favor or against a measure that will appear on the ballot. Arguments are allowed a maximum word count of 325 words. Elections staff do not edit submitted content in any way.
