Property Value Appeals Board

Beginning the 2025-2026 tax year there will be a $40 non-refundable petition filing fee for all PVAB petitions. Acceptable payment types are cash, check or money order, or credit cards. Please be advised there is an additional 2.49% convenience fee for all card transactions. For more information contact Records & Elections at 541-766-6756.
