Property Value Appeals Board (PVAB) Hearing Information

PVAB, formerly known as the Board of Property Tax Appeals (BoPTA)

Benton County’s, Property Value Appeals Board, meets annually to hear appeals on the property values for the current tax year. Petitioners had until January 2nd, 2024, to meet the petition filing deadline this year. Hearings are open to the public and attendance can be in-person, virtual, or by phone.
